That's not really a proper soft close man. It should of been something like " Perfect, let's get together for some homemade pasta sometime soon" Then only once she agrees to the general idea of meeting up with you then you ask her details about her schedule. Don't try to combine both of those.

Ah I see where I went wrong now. Thanks for pointing that out. Now if she agrees and she still says the same thing about being unsure or "ill let you know" when I ask her about her schedule what do you say?

If you run proper text game, then you should very rarely get the "I'm unsure/I'll let you know". I honestly can't remember the last time it happened to me. However, if it does then the nervous text would work.
