What do you say after you ask when she's free and she tells you "I'll let you know" and you say "If you're too nervous, I'd understand!" and she doesn't reply

It sounds like in this case the chick is very likely not interested. Did you soft close first before asking when she is free?

Me: Do you like pasta?
Her: Why haha yes I do
Me: Perfect. I'll cook for you my homemade pasta sometime soon. When are you free?
Her: I'll let you know
