If you already have a Tinder profile up that has been live for several months like mine has, with sub-par photos but you know now (from Alex's great wisdom on what makes a great photos) they could be improved with better ones, will the Tinder algorithm recognise you now have upgraded your profile pics with better ones and boost you up the SMV charts, or are you pegged at the same SMV based on your intial profile upload, regardless on weather you later swap them out for better pictures?

Ok, but if I am doing a BIG profile revamp, (ie: replacing all 6 pics and rewring my bio) would I not need to reset my profile? or is that not necessary?

I'm no tinder guru but I don't think that's necessary. You'd see improvements probably immediately

Ok, will just update my pictures then without resetting then monitor the results. Thanks man.

If you live in an area that's not very populated, a reset is not a bad idea (but be careful of shadow ban). Otherwise your new better pics will only be shown to the new profiles that are created, all the girls who already swiped left on you will stay that way.

I do live in a very rural town, but given what the other guys have said, sounds like I will be fine just swapping out my pictures without doing a reset.
