This was a cold DM on ig and at first she seemed pretty receptive but now she just seems like she's acting nice to be nice. She read my last message and hasent replied and I don't expect she will. Where did I go wrong and what could I do better next time?

you didn't really do anything wrong the convo is just really platonic. I would just reengage in a few days. Send a meme or reply to one of the stories and get the convo going agin. This time just add some more fun to it
