I went with - “Alright, I’ll make us nice mocktails then on our date”. Didn't want to imply that I will drink. In fact, I do not drink anyways. I wonder isn't this line too nice and supplicating? Especially for a self-described "princess". It's quite different from "Let's share a bottle of wine on my romantic balcony. @avilench
