Treat them like your friends, Joke , laugh , have fun , but be respectful . I follow the rule that if your wing is talking to the girl you let him do his thing and don't come in unless he explicitly tells you to .
When you see a new girl, however first acknowledges her gets dibs. However, I will put my wing above any random girl. If I know that they are struggling that day I will give them girls who I see first.
